Hi, I’m Meret, I will guide you to feel more at home in your body through gentle movement and intuitive eating. Come back to feeling like you can live fully in your body – and rediscover how magical it is to be alive.
My certifications: I am trained in clinical psychology (MA in clinical psychology), am a certified intuitive eating counselor (CIEC) and a certified and registered yoga and meditation teacher (RYT-200).

A workout regime, weight loss advice, diet-culture, fatphobia, ableism / discrimination of bodies that do not fit the societal norm, obsessive exercise (including “push push push!” “work harder” kind of language)

Yoga is a great type of mindful movement optimally suited for people with eating disorders. There is a growing body of evidence for yoga as a helpful add-on to psychotherapy for Eating Disorders.
